All frames are manufactured in Sydney, Australia, using recycled and recyclable materials. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot change orders after they’ve been confirmed. However, we may be able to cancel your order if it’s yet to be dispatched. Please contact hello@dresdengo.com.au for help with order cancellations.

All Mastercard, Visa ana Amex cards are accepted on our website. We also support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paypal. We do not store your credit card or any other financial details.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times depend on your location. Domestic metro addresses usually take 2–3 business days, while regional and international locations can take up to 2 weeks.

How do I care for my DresdenGO glasses?

DresdenGO frames 

Your Dresden frame is made from an ultra-durable nylon. It’ll give you many years of service if you give it a little care.

Don’t use methylated spirits or any alcohol-based products to clean your frames. It will crack the frame like kryptonite. Wash your frames occasionally to remove oils and grit. If you wear them in a very hot and gritty environment, use a toothbrush and dish soap to clean the groove between the frame and lens – but not your lenses! Check the pin in the hinge every so often. The top of it should sit flush with the arm. Press it firmly in with your finger if it’s not flush. Bring the frame back to us if the pin/hinge gets loose and we’ll sort out a better fit. If you feel your frame could fit better, pop in to us and we’ll adjust it for you. No worries.


You will see your best when your precision lenses are clean. So, to get the best vision, clean your lenses daily (or more often if you’re in a hot or dusty environment). Here’s how:

Rinse the lenses under cold water to wash away grit and dust. Apply lens cleaner solution or liquid detergent to both surfaces of the lenses. Gently rub the lens with your fingertips or a clean lens cloth to remove oils, smudges, and fingerprints. Rinse under cold water. Polish with a lens cloth or soft, lint-free tissue.

What warranty do DresdenGO products come with?

10 year unlimited warranty on frames

DresdenGO frames are made to last and come with a 10 year, no caveat warranty. If your frames break within the warranty period, we’ll replace them. You can either take them into one of our stores or arrange to send your broken frames via post. You’ll only need to cover the postage costs for the replacement (if required). 

Note: if the colour is unavailable, we’ll substitute it for the closest match. 

2 year producer warranty on lenses

Against production flaws like crazing, cracking, discoloration, delamination, or peeling; our lenses are covered by a 2-year warranty. The warranty is void if the items are harmed as a result of careless handling that causes scratches or delamination.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian

Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. 

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable
